Symptoms

PowerProtect Data Manager Kubernetes 群集发现失败。
在 cndm.log 中观察到以下错误： 
2023-03-23T03:32:43.470Z ERROR [] [https-jsse-nio-127.0.0.1-8461-exec-3] [][][][TRACE_ID:9a9664af3ecde3e2;JOB_ID:9d8702e6e8798fea][] [c.e.b.c.d.s.CndmDiscoveryService.start(84)] -  discovery task failed
com.emc.brs.cndm.error.InternalServerErrorException: java.lang.RuntimeException: IO Exception during next method.
Caused by: java.lang.RuntimeException: IO Exception during next method.
Caused by: okhttp3.internal.http2.StreamResetException: stream was reset: INTERNAL_ERROR

Cause

该产品按设计正常工作。

Resolution

在观察到这种情况的情况下，PowerProtect Data Manager 与 K8s 群集之间存在 Nginx 服务器。

在 Nginx 配置文件 /etc/nginx/default.d/server.conf
中更改以下设置proxy_redirect关闭;
proxy_buffering关闭;

在此更改后，PPDM Kubernetes 群集发现正常。
