Symptoms

VxRail uitschakelen mislukt bij validatie met fout: 
ERROR: Internal error occurs.

Verify and ensure that the current cluster has no Tanzu service.

Cause

Dit probleem kan optreden als gevolg van:
  • Oorzaak 1: De vmware-eam-service is uitgeschakeld. 
  • Oorzaak 2: Het hulpprogramma Certificaatbeheer kan het ESXi Agent Manager-certificaat (EAM) niet automatisch bijwerken wanneer de certificaten van de oplossingsgebruiker worden bijgewerkt. Het Workload Control Plane (WCP) vereist dat EAM functioneel is om te kunnen starten.

Resolution

Start voor oorzaak 1 de vmware-eam-serviceopnieuw: 
#service-control --start vmware-eam
Als de service niet wordt gestart, controleert u of het opstarttype automatisch is. U kunt dit wijzigen in de vCenter Server Appliance Management Interface (VAMI) UI.
