Symptoms

在步驟 18 的步驟 17 期間，應用程式 NVE Platform 作業系統匯總 2022 R4 v6 失敗，並出現錯誤「Failed to start NetWorker Management Console」。

Command journalctl -xe 顯示： 
journalctl -xe
-- Unit gst.service has begun starting up.
Feb 23 15:51:45 NVE_host gst_linux.sh[11988]: ERROR: NetWorker client (nsrexecd) is not running
Feb 23 15:51:45 NVE_host systemd[1]: gst.service: Control process exited, code=exited status=1
Feb 23 15:51:45 NVE_host systemd[1]: Failed to start NetWorker Management Console. -- Subject: Unit gst.service has failed

Cause

GST 服務會嘗試在 NetWorker 用戶端服務執行前啟動 （nsrexecd）。 
ERROR: NetWorker client (nsrexecd) is not running

Resolution

使用以下命令手動啟動 nsrexecd 服務： 
systemctl start nsrexecd
