Symptoms

Aplikace kumulativního operačního systému 2022 R4 v6 platformy NVE selže během kroku 17 z 18 a zobrazí se chyba "Failed to start NetWorker Management Console"

Cause

Služba GST se pokusí spustit před spuštěním klientské služby NetWorker (nsrexecd). 
ERROR: NetWorker client (nsrexecd) is not running

Resolution

Ručně spusťte službu nsrexecd pomocí příkazu: 
systemctl start nsrexecd
Sledujte, zda soubor /nsr/logs/daemon.raw nevykazuje chyby týkající se spuštění služby nsrexecd. Viz články znalostní databáze:
