Symptoms

在步骤 17/18 中，应用 NVE Platform 操作系统汇总 2022 R4 v6 失败，并显示错误“Failed to start NetWorker Management Console”。

命令 journalctl -xe 显示： 
journalctl -xe
-- Unit gst.service has begun starting up.
Feb 23 15:51:45 NVE_host gst_linux.sh[11988]: ERROR: NetWorker client (nsrexecd) is not running
Feb 23 15:51:45 NVE_host systemd[1]: gst.service: Control process exited, code=exited status=1
Feb 23 15:51:45 NVE_host systemd[1]: Failed to start NetWorker Management Console. -- Subject: Unit gst.service has failed

Cause

GST 服务尝试在 NetWorker 客户端服务运行 （nsrexecd） 之前启动。 
ERROR: NetWorker client (nsrexecd) is not running

Resolution

使用以下命令手动启动 nsrexecd 服务： 
systemctl start nsrexecd
监视 /nsr/logs/daemon.raw 文件，了解有关 nsrexecd 服务启动的任何错误。请参阅知识库文章：
