Symptoms

NVE-ympäristön käyttöjärjestelmän koontiversion 2022 R4 v6 käyttöönotto epäonnistuu vaiheen 17/18 aikana, ja näyttöön tulee virheilmoitus Failed to start NetWorker Management Console.

Cause

GST-palvelu yrittää käynnistyä ennen kuin NetWorker-asiakaspalvelu (nsrexecd) on käynnissä. 
ERROR: NetWorker client (nsrexecd) is not running

Resolution

Käynnistä nsrexecd-palvelu manuaalisesti seuraavalla komennolla: 
systemctl start nsrexecd
Tarkkaile /nsr/logs/daemon.raw-tiedostoa, jos nsrexecd-palvelun käynnistyksessä ilmenee virheitä. Katso tietämyskannan artikkeleita:
