Symptoms

18のステップ17でNVE Platformオペレーティング システムロールアップ2022 R4 v6のアプリケーションが失敗し、「Failed to start NetWorker Management Console」というエラーが表示されます。

/space/avamar/var/avi/server_log/avinstaller.log.0は次を示します。

Feb 23 15:51:45 NVE_host systemd[1]: Failed to start NetWorker Management Console. -- Subject: Unit gst.service has failed

Cause

GSTサービスは、NetWorkerクライアント サービスが実行される前に開始しようとします(nsrexecd)。 
ERROR: NetWorker client (nsrexecd) is not running

Resolution

次のコマンドを使用して、nsrexecdサービスを手動で開始します。 
systemctl start nsrexecd
nsrexecd サービスの起動に関するエラーがないか、/nsr/logs/daemon.raw ファイルを監視します。ナレッジベース記事を参照してください。
