Symptoms

NVE Platform 운영 체제 롤업 2022 R4 v6의 애플리케이션이 18단계 중 실패하고 "Failed to start NetWorker Management Console"이라는 오류가 표시됩니다.

Cause

GST 서비스는 NetWorker 클라이언트 서비스가 실행되기 전에 시작하려고 시도합니다(nsrexecd). 
ERROR: NetWorker client (nsrexecd) is not running

Resolution

다음 명령을 사용하여 nsrexecd 서비스를 수동으로 시작합니다. 
systemctl start nsrexecd
nsrexecd 서비스 시작과 관련된 오류는 /nsr/logs/daemon.raw 파일을 모니터링합니다. 기술 자료 문서를 참조하십시오.
