Symptoms

L’application du cumul du système d’exploitation NVE Platform 2022 R4 v6 échoue lors de l’étape 17 sur 18, avec l’erreur « Failed to start NetWorker Management Console ».

Cause

Le service GST tente de démarrer avant l’exécution du service client NetWorker (nsrexecd). 
ERROR: NetWorker client (nsrexecd) is not running

Resolution

Démarrez manuellement le service nsrexecd à l’aide de la commande: 
systemctl start nsrexecd
Surveillez le fichier /nsr/logs/daemon.raw pour détecter toute erreur concernant le démarrage du service nsrexecd. Consultez les articles de la base de connaissances:
