Symptoms

現在の日付からバックアップを参照すると、NMC(NetWorker管理コンソール)UIから開始されたリカバリーが「connection」エラーで失敗します。 
A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host failed to respond.

Cause

NetWorkerサーバーの応答を待っている間にNMCがタイムアウトすると、接続障害が発生します。

Resolution

  1. GST_RA_TIMEOUT環境変数をNMCサーバーのシステム変数として設定します。変数値は、次の例の値以下に指定できます。タイムアウト値は秒単位で表されます。

  1. 変更を有効にするには、GSTサービスを再起動します。
