Symptoms

현재 날짜로부터 백업을 탐색할 때 NMC(NetWorker Management Console) UI에서 시작된 복구가 "연결" 오류와 함께 실패합니다. 
A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host failed to respond.

Cause

NetWorker 서버의 응답을 기다리는 동안 NMC가 시간 초과되면 연결 실패가 발생합니다.

Resolution

  1. GST_RA_TIMEOUT 환경 변수를 NMC 서버에서 시스템 변수로 설정합니다. 변수 값은 아래의 예보다 작거나 클 수 있습니다. 시간 초과 값은 초 단위로 표시됩니다.

  1. 변경 사항을 적용하려면 GST 서비스를 다시 시작합니다.
