Symptoms

此問題可能會表現為各種症狀，通常會在長時間的閒置工作階段 （1-2 小時） 後發生

  • 將 vCenter Server 升級至 8.0.3.00200 後，vSphere 用戶端會變得不穩定，並且發生工作階段逾時。
  • 載入圓圈指示器不斷旋轉。
  • 瀏覽清查可能會失敗，並出現諸如「您沒有檢視此物件的權限，或此物件已刪除」等錯誤，如下所示，
    • 嘗試登入用戶端時，登入按鈕可能會呈現灰色。
    • 身份驗證可能會失敗，並出現以下錯誤：擷取身分識別提供者時發生錯誤

Cause

此問題是由於版本中 Tomcat 內 RECYCLE_FACADES 的預設行為已變更。 

Resolution

此問題已在 vCenter Server 8.0U 3c 版本中修正 - 版本資訊連結 
 

若要解決此問題，請使用以下步驟停用RECYCLE_FACADES。

  1. 使用 SSH 登入 vCenter Server
     
  2. 建立 catalina.properties 檔案的備份。
      
    cp /usr/lib/vmware-vsphere-ui/server/conf/catalina.properties /root/catalina.properties.bak

     
  3. 執行下列命令，在原始 catalina.properties 檔案的結尾新增一行，以停用RECYCLE_FACADES。
      
    echo "org.apache.catalina.connector.RECYCLE_FACADES=false" >> /usr/lib/vmware-vsphere-ui/server/conf/catalina.properties

     
  4. 使用以下命令重新啟動 vsphere-ui 服務。
      
    service-control --restart vsphere-ui
