Symptoms
CLI command export_consolidated_statistics ends in error with one of the following messages:
Segmentation fault (core dumped)
Or
Internal error. Contact EMC Customer Service.
Cause
A corrupted BoxConfiguration object when used to dereference the IP of the box, leads to the segmentation fault.
Resolution
Workaround:
The error is not preventing the statistics from being generated and can be retried at the usual location.

Resolution:
This issue is addressed in the RecoverPoint 5.1.5 version.
