Symptoms

CLI-kommandot export_consolidated_statistics slutar på fel med något av följande meddelanden:

Segmentation fault (core dumped)

Eller

Internal error. Contact EMC Customer Service.

Cause

Ett skadat BoxConfiguration-objekt när det används för att avreferera rutans IP leder till segmenteringsfelet.

Resolution

Workaround:
Felet hindrar inte statistik från att genereras och kan göras på nytt på den vanliga platsen.

Upplösning:
Problemet har åtgärdats i RecoverPoint 5.1.5-versionen.
