Symptoms
Il comando CLI export_consolidated_statistics termina con errore con uno dei seguenti messaggi:
Segmentation fault (core dumped)
Oppure
Internal error. Contact EMC Customer Service.
Cause
Un oggetto BoxConfiguration danneggiato quando utilizzato per dereferenziare l'IP della confezione determina un errore di segmentazione.
Resolution
Soluzione:
L'errore non impedisce la generazione delle statistiche e può essere ripetuto nella posizione normale.

Questo problema è risolto nella versione RecoverPoint 5.1.5.
