BackupVmSessions-bdc746da-d21b-494c-a561-9f1fc2bcb122.log: 2024-03-21T17:15:39.743Z ERROR: [9e1eb0ca37063d14;a102d2829478e32c] SDM Data Mover: SDM Full Sync: The vCenter task for 'SDM Snapshot Sync fullSync' completed with state 'error'. TSDM Error Code: <ObjectReadError>, TSDM Error Message: <Protected entity disk read error. Error message: The requested system was too busy to execute the operation.>.
Cause
此虚拟机所在的 VMware 数据存储区存在磁盘问题。
Resolution
解决方案：
客户可以联系 VMware 支持以确认问题，然后联系存储供应商以修复磁盘问题。
在 VMware ESXI 日志中，我们看到如下错误：
解决方法：
客户可以为此受影响的虚拟机执行存储迁移。
如果迁移可以成功，则备份将在之后正常工作。
如果迁移也失败，请联系 VMware 支持。
