Symptoms

도크는 정상적으로 LAN 포트를 사용할 수 없으며 DFU(Dell Firmware Utility)는 도크 펌웨어를 업그레이드할 수 없습니다.

Cause

외부 USB 포트 활성화를 비활성화하면 USB2 링크가 비활성화되어 이 문제가 발생합니다. BIOS 설정 메뉴에서 활성화된 외부 USB 포트를 비활성화하고 Type-C 도크 LAN을 활성화하면 도크에서 LAN을 사용할 수 없으며 DFU가 도크 펌웨어를 업그레이드할 수 없습니다.

Resolution

이 문제는 BIOS 설정 메뉴에서 외부 USB 포트 활성화를 활성화하여 해결할 수 있습니다. 컴퓨터가 도크 LAN을 탐지할 수 없어 DFU를 사용하여 도크 펌웨어를 업데이트해야 하는 경우
