Symptoms

客戶嘗試使用下列程式將 CloudIQ 收集器設定為整合式閘道：
  1. 開啟 CloudIQ Collector 的電源。
  2. 登入 CloudIQ Collector。
  3. 選取「Admin > Settings」和「Integrated Gateway」標籤。
  4. 插入 Dell EMC 使用者帳戶 （電子郵件） 和密碼 （沒有特殊字元），然後按一下「開始隨需分配」。
  5. 無 Proxy 直接連線 – 除非需要，否則會熄滅。
  6. 接著，它會驗證使用者帳戶 （電子郵件），並要求客戶要求存取代碼。
  7. 收到程式碼後，客戶便會插上此插頭，然後選取也已驗證的網站 ID。
  8. 然後會建立整合式閘道 （ISWID），並建立 CIQ 收集器 （SWID），並置於要管理的閘道下方。
上述程式在上述步驟 6 中失敗，客戶收到以下螢幕擷取畫面中注明的訊息「Unable to request a code with the current Dell EMC Customer support credentials」。

Cause

客戶正在其網路中使用 SSL 攔截器或透明 Proxy。  這會取代憑證頒發機構單位，並破解導致問題的組態。

Resolution

Options:
  1. 客戶可為 SSL 攔截器 （或透明 Proxy） 應用程式輸入例外或排除專案，以繼續使用 CloudIQ Collector 的 eVE 組態。
  2. 客戶可以安裝新的集中式閘道，並設定 CloudIQ 收集器。  所使用的集中式閘道也需要 SSL 攔截器 （或透明 Proxy） 應用程式的例外或排除。  客戶及/或客戶的網路團隊必須以與上述選項 1 相同的方式解決此問題。

例外情況/排除專案必須使用協力廠商工具或 SSL 攔截器或 Secure Connect Gateway （SCG） 以外的 Proxy 應用程式。

客戶可能排除*.emc.com以涵蓋所有網域，或個別列出。
