Symptoms

PowerProtect Data Manager 報告引擎在設定要傳送至電子郵件地址的排定報告「無效」時，會顯示錯誤訊息。請輸入正確的電子郵件 ID」，即使新增有效的電子郵件地址也一樣。

只有在電子郵件地址中有兩個或多個點 （.） 後才會出現錯誤，這在許多情況下很常見，特別是在特定國家或地區的功能變數名稱中。這類電子郵件名稱的範例包括：
  • xxxx@xxxx.edu.xx
  • xxxx@xxxx.net.xx
  • xxxx@xxxx.co.xx
  • xxxx@xxxx.gov.xx
