Symptoms

Recovery was attempted from target host.

Run restore in debug by setting debug parameters in configuration file located at 

/opt/dpsapps/dbappagent/config
DEBUG_LEVEL=9
DPRINTF=TRUE


Review DDBEA operational log file located on target host: 

/opt/ddbda/logs

 or 

/opt/dpsapps/dbappagent/logs


Error message reported in DDBEA operational log 

lookup_index_eq: loading of 'null' failed with error: Unable to open SQL database

Cause

Issue has been reported in PowerProtect DDBEA version 19.8.

Resolution

Problem has been resolved by upgrading DDBEA to version 19.13 or above versions.
