Symptoms

Quando si tenta di eseguire "vmconfig" sul vProxy NVP, il comando ha esito negativo a causa di un errore di librerie condivise.
nvp:/opt/emc/vproxy/bin # ./vmconfig -c info -k "vm-30" -l moref -p vmware -u administrator@vsphere.local -v vcenter.lab.emc.com
./vmconfig: error while loading shared libraries: libstd.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

Cause

Le librerie non vengono caricate

Resolution

1. Accedere a vProxy come amministratore, quindi passare a root:

sudo su - root

2. Passare alla directory bin:

cd /opt/emc/vproxy/bin

3. Eseguire il comando riportato di seguito per caricare il percorso della libreria:

fonte.. /unit/vproxy.env

4. Eseguire il comando vmconfig. Ricordare che è necessario specificare un account utente e una password a livello di amministratore vCenter.

nvp:/opt/emc/vproxy/bin # ./vmconfig

        DD Boost log level: { none, error, warn, info, debug, trace, all } (default "error")
  -c string

  -f    Force command to take effect, ignoring current state
  -k string
        Lookup key associated with lookup mode.  Note: for lookup by path use [<datacenter-folder>/]<datacenter-name>/vm/[<vapp-name>]/<vm-name>.
  -l string
        Lookup mode: { "dns" | "ip" | "moref" | "path" }
  -p string
        User password
  -u string
        User name
  -v string
        vCenter host name
  -vddk-hotadd-threshold int
        Threshold for logging warnings indicating too many concurrent VDDK hotadd sessions. (default 24)
