Symptoms

Avamar Administrator UI에서 Data Domain에 대한 Avamar 모니터링 상태가 녹색에서 노란색 또는 빨간색으로 변경됩니다.

Avamar MC UI에 다음 오류 중 하나 이상이 나타날 수 있습니다.

Error: Unable to get SNMP file system status

Error: Unable to get file system information

Error: Unable to get disk status

Error: Unable to retrieve ssh keys

Cause

Data Domain이 Avamar에서 설정한 예상 시간 제한 내에 Avamar SNMP 쿼리에 응답하지 않습니다.

Resolution

이는 보고 문제입니다.

이 문제는 백업에 영향을 주지 않습니다. 백업 중에 Data Domain이 Unresponsive를 보고하는 경우에도 이 문서를 검토하지 마십시오.

 
참고: 이 문제는 Avamar 7.0에서 처음 나타났으며 v7.0(SP2) 및 Avamar 7.1에 대한 초기 핫픽스가 제공되었습니다.
