Symptoms

When the details of a job are viewed in the SourceOne Email Management console (MMC), if the Data Source name is long, it is truncated. The leading portion of the path is replaced with ellipsis (…). Since the entire path is not displayed, it is harder to determine which data source path is defined in the job.

Example:     

The Data Source name is a long UNC Path:     
\\ServernName10000001\DATACENTER10000001\SHARE10000001\AAAAAAAA-BBBBBBBB-CCCCCCCC-DDDDDDDD-EEEEEEEEE-FFFFFFFF\SMTPDROP

Data Sources field will display:     
...AAAAAA-BBBBBBBB-CCCCCCCC-DDDDDDDD-EEEEEEEEE-FFFFFFFF\SMTPDROP

Cause

This issue is due to a software defect that is cited in SDR 62952.

Resolution

This issue is resolved in SourceOne Email Management version 7.2 SP11. After updating SourceOne to this release, the full path is displayed. Existing Data Sources which have truncated entries are not corrected automatically.
