Symptoms

NetWorker VMware Protection 통합은 vProxy 어플라이언스로 구성됩니다.  vProxy가 NMC(NetWorker Management Console)에 성공적으로 등록되었지만 모든 백업 세션이 vProxy에 대해 실패합니다.  백업 세션 로그에 다음이 표시됩니다. 
"Backup has FAILED:  Unable to find identity (MORef) of vProxy's virtual machine: Unable to determine network interface"

Cause

vProxy는 IP 주소가 할당되지 않은 두 번째 네트워크 인터페이스 카드로 구성됩니다.

ifconfig를 루트 사용자로 실행하면 IP 주소가 없는 NIC가 표시됩니다.

Resolution

옵션 1:
IP 주소가 없는 네트워크 인터페이스를 제거하고 vProxy를 재시작합니다.  

옵션 2:
사용하지 않는 NIC를 구성합니다. NVP vProxy: vProxy Appliance 네트워크 인터페이스 설정을 수동으로 변경하는 방법
