Bakgrund till Dell Pair

Dell Pair har stöd för följande:

  • Identifiera Dell-enheter (t.ex. mus och tangentbord) när de är inom detekteringsområdet för att parkoppla med Bluetooth.
  • Parkoppla enheter automatiskt via Bluetooth.

Cause

När Dell Pair är installerat installeras filterdrivrutinen. Det kräver att Bluetooth-styrenheten återställs. Det här steget krävs för att Bluetooth ska kunna läsa in Dell Pair-filterdrivrutinen när den startas om, så att Dell Pair-funktionerna börjar fungera. Om Bluetooth-drivrutinen inte hanterar Bluetooth-återställningen korrekt fungerar inte Dell Pair-funktionen om inte Bluetooth stängs av och slås på igen.

Resolution

Om användaren för enheten närmare datorn för ihopkoppling efter Dell Pair-installationen och det inte visas någon uppmaning om parkoppling växlar du (stänger av och slår sedan på) omkopplaren för Bluetooth från Windows-inställningarna med:

  • Windows 11: Windows-inställningar>Bluetooth och enheter
  • Windows 10: Windows-inställningar>Bluetooth och andra enheter
