Symptoms

After recovering SysDR backup from replication DD, PowerProtect Data Manager shows the exception: java.util.UnknownFormatConversionException: Conversion = 'w'
PPDM shows exception

 

Cause

PowerProtect Data Manager cannot access the Replication serverdr SU.

 

Resolution

Follow the steps mentioned in the error screen.
Or, recover using the DD IP instead of DD FQDN.
