NVP vProxy: VM Back Up Fails to Create a Snapshot when the VM is Configured with Bus Sharing

This is expected behavior. VMware does not support snapshots of virtual machines configured for bus sharing. See VMware article Manage Virtual Machines With Snapshots 

If a VM is configured for bus sharing, the Create Snapshot options are unavailable (unavailable) in VMware:

Since VMware is unable to snapshot the VM, the VM is not supported by NetWorker VMware Protection (NVP) backups. Remove the VM from any NetWorker protection group that it is configured in.

To backup this VM, install the NetWorker client software on the VM and configure the NetWorker client to back up the system.
