Symptoms
When underscores are used to configure "Log Symmetrix Events" values in the Embedded vApp Manager, the following "Input Sanitization" error is observed:
Invalid Solutions Enalber Service COnfiguration value [sid=000123456789, events, array_subsystem, checksum, diagnostic, environmental, device_pool, service_processor, srdf_link, director, device, disk]
Cause
This is a known issue in the software and is planned to be addressed in a future release.
Resolution
The workaround is to remove the underscores from the configuration values, for example:
Invalid Solutions Enalber Service COnfiguration value [sid=000123456789, events, array subsystem, checksum, diagnostic, environmental, device pool, service processor, srdf link, director, device, disk]
