Symptoms

使用 Oracle Incremental Merge （OIM） 功能执行的 Oracle 数据库完整备份或增量备份包括备份日志 （ARCHIVELOG） 和控制文件。

仅对 CONTROLFILE 或 ARCHIVELOG 文件执行 OIM 备份时，备份可能会失败，并显示：

sub directory creation failed Unable to open PowerProtect DD dir path: oim_qa/CLIENT_NAME.DOMAIN.COM/2720304786/controlfile/tags.json 

Opening the directory 'oim_qa/ CLIENT_NAME.DOMAIN.COM /2720304786/controlfile/tags.json' failed [5008] ([249168] [140483246442560]

ddp_open_dir() failed, su_name=, path_name=oim_qa/CLIENT_NAME.DOMAIN.COM/2720304786/controlfile/tags.json, Err: 5008-not a directory

Cause

当 RMAN Agent 软件无法正确识别 Data Domain 备份结构中的 CONTROLFILE 和 ARCHIVELOG 文件时，会遇到此问题。
例如：以前使用 ddutil 命令手动删除备份时，如下所示：

./ddutil -O OIM -n [arch|full|ctl|incr] -a version=2.0 -b <begin_time> -e <end_time> -d -z <DD_host>:/<storage_unit> <Backup Path>.

 

Resolution

此问题已在 RMAN Agent 19.20 或更高版本中得到解决。
