Symptoms

PowerStore PUHC(Pre-Upgrade Health Check)에서 다음 오류와 함께 잘못된 off_release_drivedb_check(Drive Database) 유효성 검사가 실패할 수 있습니다. 잘못된 드라이브 데이터베이스가 탐지되었습니다. 서비스 공급업체에 문의하십시오. (off_release_drivedb_check).

Cause

이 문제는 다음 영향에만 영향을 미칩니다. 
    • PowerStoreOS 버전으로 업그레이드: 3.6.1.0-2261541
• NVME 드라이브 SAMSUNG TLA 005648566.

이 문제가 있는 경우 다음 조건이 모두 적용되는 경우 데이터를 사용할 수 없는 상태가 발생할 수 있습니다.
    a) 어플라이언스가 영향을 받은 드라이브가 있습니다. 
    b) 3.6.1.0-2261541에 대한 NDU가 수행됩니다.
    c) 영향을 받는 드라이브가 포함된 NVME 확장 인클로저 또는 DPE(Base Enclosure)가 이전에 현장에서 다시 초기화되었습니다.

이 문제는 NVME 확장 인클로저 또는 DPE가 다시 초기화된 후 DriveDB 파일이 제거된 데 따른 결과입니다.
