Symptoms

NetWorker VMware 保护集成配置了 vProxy Appliance。vProxy 备份无法打开 Data Domain 上的目标目录。有传统 NetWorker 客户端策略正确地备份到目标 Data Domain 池。备份日志显示：

Cause

目标备份设备位于远程存储节点上，该节点运行的是比 NetWorker 服务器更早的 NetWorker 主要版本。NetWorker 服务器和 NetWorker 存储节点应在环境中运行相同的版本。

Resolution

应升级 NetWorker 存储节点以匹配 NetWorker 服务器的版本。
