Symptoms

L'integrazione NetWorker VMware Protection è configurata con l'appliance vProxy. I backup vProxy non sono in grado di aprire una directory di destinazione in Data Domain. Esistono policy client NetWorker tradizionali che eseguono correttamente il backup nel pool Data Domain di destinazione. Il registro di backup mostra:

Cause

I dispositivi di backup di destinazione si trovano su uno storage node remoto che esegue una versione principale di NetWorker precedente rispetto al server NetWorker. Il server NetWorker e gli storage node NetWorker devono eseguire la stessa versione nell'ambiente.

Resolution

Lo storage node NetWorker deve essere aggiornato in modo che corrisponda alla versione del server NetWorker.
