Symptoms

SQL Server 資料庫定向還原失敗，並顯示錯誤：

NSR Client name could not be obtained

在兩種使用者介面中都會發生此錯誤： 

  • 舊版 UI：SQL Server 的 NetWorker 使用者
  • SQL Server Management Studio 中的 NetWorker 備份附掛程式

錯誤出現如下：

NSR_CLIENT: NetWorker_SourceClientName ;
             NSR_DEBUG_LEVEL: 0;
                  NSR_SERVER: NetWorker_ServerName;
Recovering database 'SourceDatabaseName' into 'TargetDatabaseName ...

149342:(pid 7752): The NSR client name could not be obtained.

Cause

此問題是由以下因素之一引起的身份驗證：
  • 來源或目的地用戶端上的 NetWorker 用戶端軟體與 NetWorker 伺服器的對等資訊不相符 （NSRLA）。
  • 源或目標客戶機資源在客戶的別名欄位中缺少完全限定的功能變數名稱 （FQDN）。
  • 來源或目標用戶端存在名稱解析問題。

Resolution

完成下列動作：
  • 您可能必須將源和目標IP位址添加到源和目標用戶端上的主機檔中。例如：
 IPAddress_source  hostname_source  FQDN_source
 IPAddress_target  hostname_target  FQDN_target
  • 您可能需要在來源或目的地用戶端上產生新的 NSRLA 資源。例如，在用戶端上：
  1. 停止 NetWorker Remote Exec 服務
  2. 重新命名 <NetWorker_Install_Path>\nsr\res\nsrladb 至 nsrladb.old 
  3. 重新啟動 NetWorker Remote Exec 服務 
  4. 在 Windows 命令提示字元中執行下列命令：
nsrnmsqlra -i
注意：在備份伺服器上，執行下列命令以清除上述用戶端的舊對等資訊會有所幫助： 
nsradmin -y -C -p nsrexecd  "type: nsr peer information; name:  source_client_name" 
        nsradmin -y -C -p nsrexecd  "type: nsr peer information; name:  target_client_name"
  • 將任何缺少的別名添加到源用戶端或目標用戶端的客戶機資源的“別名”字段。例如，名為 abc.domain 的用戶端通常會在別名欄位中包含主機名稱和 FQDN、abc 和 abc.domain。
