Symptoms

Een klant werkt aan het configureren van LDAP op Array en heeft een probleem waarbij de LDAP-serververbinding is mislukt.

Kan geen verbinding maken met de LDAP-server. Controleer opnieuw of uw LDAP-configuratie onder Directory Services wordt vermeld op de pagina "Configure LDAP Server Credentials".

LDAP Domain = jstone.mystore.com
Distinguished Name=CN=unity-service, CN=Users, DC=jstone, DC=mystore, DC=com
Password=matched to domain account password set for unity-service in Active Directory
Port=389

Klik op Toepassen> en vervolgens op <Referenties verifiëren. >> Er wordt een bericht weergegeven dat de verbinding is mislukt.

 

Cause

NTP is niet geconfigureerd.

 

Resolution

Nadat de NTP is ingesteld, heeft de LDAP-verificatie met succes gewerkt.

 

Additional Information

  1. Controleer de netwerkverbinding tussen de Unity- en de LDAP-server. U kunt de CLI-gids /net/util/ping of /net/util/traceroute raadplegen om dit te controleren.

  2. Als de verbinding in orde is, moet u mogelijk controleren of de bindings-DN correct is. Zie CLI-handleiding /net/nas/ldap

Controleer en zorg ervoor dat het pad van uw bindings-DN overeenkomt met de instellingen van uw LDAP-server.
