Symptoms

当客户交换管理线缆的速度过快时，Unity SP 有时可能会崩溃。

 

Cause

如果 ECOM 等管理组件在 SPA 上运行，则我们将线缆从 SPA 中拔出，组件将故障切换到 SPB。但在故障切换完成之前，如果拔出 SPB 线缆并重新插入 SPA 线缆。则可能会触发此问题。

Like start_c4.log above, after cable was pulled out from SPB at 2018-07-26 09:48:05 , some components were stopped while some not stopped at all, then cable was plugged in back.
Then non-stopped components never restarted, while those stopped components started to start like c4fastvpa. And the components which c4fastvpa depends on like c4loga and metricsluna never stopped in this process.
Ungraceful failover messed up the start-up sequence of components and may make SP panic.

 

Resolution

此机制在设计上是有效的。客户不应过快交换网线。建议等待 5-10 分钟，然后再对另一条线缆进行任何更改。
