ECS: Unable to create a new bucket on ECS due to Error 1013

Symptoms
In a new or changed configuration and attempting to create new buckets using the user interface (UI).
Working with Internet Explorer or Firefox browsers and accessing the ECS user interface, the created bucket functionality does not work and reports the following error:
Error 1013 (http: 400): Bad request body. No cos in replication group
Cause
This can be reported when creating a new bucket on Internet Explorer of Firefox.
Resolution
Use Google Chrome as an alternative browser. This allows the created bucket functionality to complete.
