Symptoms
DPA 애플리케이션 서버 server.log에 다음 오류가 표시됩니다.
ERROR [com.emc.dpa.restapi.RequestInterceptorFilter] (http-/0.0.0.0:9002-3) Could not obtain localhost address! Message: hostname: hostname: Name or service not known
이 오류로 인해 DPA 애플리케이션 서버에서 보고서를 실행할 수 없거나 에이전트 요청에서 들어오는 데이터를 처리할 수 없습니다.
Cause
DPA 애플리케이션 서버에서 호스트 이름을 확인할 수 없습니다.
Resolution
DPA 애플리케이션 서버가 오류 메시지에 나와 있는 호스트 이름을 확인할 수 있는지 확인합니다. 이 경우 DNS 또는 로컬 호스트 파일을 업데이트해야 할 수 있습니다.
