Symptoms
採用 Ubuntu 作業系統的 Dell 系統若在 2018 年 2 月 5 日之後收到系統更新，可能會發生此錯誤。任何版本的 Ubuntu 都會發生此問題。
Cause
發生此問題的原因是會去搜尋 TPM 晶片組的 Ubuntu 更新。停用 TPM 時，即無法找到該 TPM，並顯示此錯誤訊息。此問題造成電腦無法開機。
Resolution
若要解決此問題，必須在 BIOS 中開啟可信賴平台模組 (TPM)。僅需開啟 TPM 功能，但 TPM 運作可視需要停用或啟用。
若要開啟 TPM，請按照下列步驟操作：
- 開啟系統電源，然後按下 F2 鍵進入系統設定 (BIOS)。
