注意：NetWorker .raw 檔案可透過以下方式呈現：nsr_render_log /path/to/log.raw > out_filename 2<&1

Cause

NMC 安裝位置中缺少 postgres_latest 符號連結 (例如：C:\Program Files\EMC NetWorker\Management\GST)  升級後，這是程式碼瑕疵。

變更：將 Networker 伺服器從 19.3 升級至 19.4。

Resolution

重新建立 postgres 最新符號連結
 
  1. 找到 postgres 11.1 資料夾： <Install_Drive>:\Program Files\EMC NetWorker\Management\GST\postgres
  2. 開啟 am 管理命令提示字元並執行下列命令：
語法： mklink /D "path_to_new_symbolic_link  "path_to_11.1_folder”
範例： 
C:\Program Files\EMC NetWorker\Management\GST\logs>mklink /D "C:\Program Files\EMC NetWorker\Management\GST\postgres_latest" "C:\Program Files\EMC NetWorker\Management\GST\postgres\11.1" symbolic link created for C:\Program Files\EMC NetWorker\Management\GST\postgres_latest <<===>> C:\Program Files\EMC NetWorker\Management\GST\postgres\11.1
  1. 將 gstd 服務重新開機：net stop gstd && net start gstd
