Symptoms

Nell'interfaccia utente di CyberRecovery (CR), dopo l'esecuzione del ripristino di NetWorker, l'operazione non riusciva con l'errore Unable to assign device to pool. L'errore di NetWorker è disinstallare il dispositivo "<device_name prima di rimuoverlo dal pool "<pool_name".

Cause

Dopo l'esecuzione di nsrdr, alcuni dei volumi ripristinati non vengono disinstallati. Quando CR tenta di rinominare il nome del pool, il pool è in uso.

Resolution

La correzione è inclusa in CR 19.8.0.2 e versioni successive. Aggiornare CR per risolvere il problema.
