Symptoms

Når du prøver å utstede en setfacl-kommando på en Linux-vert mot en fil eller katalog i en montert Unity NFSv4-eksport, mislykkes kommandoen: 
[root@hostname xyz]# setfacl -m g:mygroup:r-x testfile
setfacl: testfile: Operation not supported



Cause

setfacl fungerer ikke med NFSv4.

Resolution

Du må bruke nfs4-getfacl/nfs4-setfacl-kommandoene på NFSv4-monteringen. Setfacl fungerer ikke med NFSv4.

Hvis du vil gjøre disse kommandoene tilgjengelige, må du installere pakken "nfs4-acl-tools package" (nfs4-acl-tools-pakke).

Eksempel på Debian-baserte distribusjoner (Debian, Ubuntu, Linux Mint osv.): 
[root@hostname xyz]#apt-get install nfs4-acl-tools
[root@hostname xyz]#

[root@hostname xyz]#mount

 [root@hostname xyz]#nfs4_setfacl -R -a A:g:10001:rW /tmp/nfs

 [root@hostname xyz]#nfs4_getfacl /tmp/nfs

A:g:10001:rwaDtTNcCy
A:g:10001:rwaDtTNcCy
A::OWNER@:rwaDxtTnNcCy
A:g:GROUP@:rxtncy
