Symptoms

特定のノードでUIにログインすると、ダッシュボードまたはエンド ユーザー ライセンス契約通知に次のエラーが表示されます。
エラー 6500

 

Cause

UIログインを担当するECSサービスには、「stat」、「ecsportalsvc」、「obcontrolsvc」の3つがあります。これらのサービスには古いエントリーがあり、UIへのログインを許可していません。

 

Resolution

該当するノードで、stat、ecsportalsvc、obcontrolsvcを再起動します。これらのサービスの再起動には影響はありませんが、別のノードのUIで生成されたアラートは、これらの再起動にリンクされることに注意してください。

 

保守ツールの使用:

admin@node1:~> svc_node services restart -nw 10 -srv stat ecsportalsvc objcontrolsvc -n self
Starting utility inside a screen session

 

該当するノード(ラック 1 ノード 1)でサービスが再起動し、実行されていないサービスがないことを確認します。
