Symptoms

从 NetWorker Management Console （NMC） UI 启动的恢复在从当前日期浏览备份时失败，并显示“connection”（连接）错误。 
A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host failed to respond.

Cause

当 NMC 在等待 NetWorker 服务器响应时超时发生连接故障。

Resolution

  1. 将GST_RA_TIMEOUT环境变量设置为 NMC 服务器上的系统变量。变量值可以小于或大于下面所示的示例。超时值以秒为单位表示。
