Symptoms
The NetWorker Management Console (NMC) GST service was unresponsive after an update to NetWorker 19.10.0.3.
The NMC server is installed on a Windows operating system.
Error in the C:\Program Files\EMC NetWorker\management\GST\logs\gstd.raw:
The specified module could not be found. (PostgreSQL ANSI(x64), C:\program files\emc networker\management\GST\postgres_latest\odbc\psqlodbc30a.dll)

Cause
The postgres_latest symbolic link was missing in NMC installed location (for example, C:\Program Files\EMC NetWorker\Management\GST).
Resolution
Manually create the postgres_latest link in the NMC installation directory. Open a command with administrator privilege and run the following command:
mklink /d <link> <target>
Example command:
mklink /d "C:\Program Files\EMC NetWorker\Management\GST\postgres_latest" "C:\Program Files\EMC NetWorker\Management\GST\postgres\11.21"
