案例

PowerFlex Appliance 16G，含客戶用於 MVM PowerFlex Manager 平台 （PFMP） 節點的 RHEL 映像 - RHEL 8.10。

PFMP 安裝在第二階段失敗，達到 74%。

bedrock.log顯示以下錯誤：

 fatal: [host1]: FAILED! => changed=false
 assertion: ansible_failed_task is ot defined and ansible_failed_result is not defined
 evaluated_to: false
 msg: |2-
       The failed task in the block: "Install fluxtoolkit via helmrelease"
       The reason for failure is: "Error: INSTALLATION FAILED: failed to download "plafform/flux-toolkit" at version "v0.21.2-29.5bac9c54""

影響 

無法部署 PFMP。

Cause

CMO 需要 UMASK 022 才能正確設置 Helm 圖表。UMASK 027 為 root 提供 rwx 許可權，組提供 r-x 許可權，其他人沒有許可權。

Resolution

按照以下 KB - PowerFlex，修改所有三個 MVM （PFMP） 節點上的 umask 值：如何在 PFMP 主機上允許不同的 umask 值 |Dell 印度 

值修改後，依序執行下列指令檔，重設 PFMP 安裝程式、進行設定，然後啟動 PFMP 安裝：

# /opt/dell/pfmp/PFMP_Installer/scripts/reset_installer.sh
# /opt/dell/pfmp/PFMP_Installer/scripts/setup_installer.sh
# /opt/dell/pfmp/PFMP_Installer/scripts/install_PFMP.sh
 

Dell PowerFlex 4.6.x 版本資訊第 18 頁指出以下內容：

症狀：PowerFlex 管理平台安裝程序需要將遮罩設為 Linux 預設 （022）。如果您更改了預設的 umask 設置，則在拉取圖像時，舵圖像沒有正確的許可權。 

建議的動作：將掩碼變更為 022。
