증상:

시스템 헤드 스왑 명령을 실행하려고 할 때 라이선스가 올바른 형식이 아닌 경우 아래와 유사한 오류가 발생합니다.

License check failed: Headswap failed: A legacy ELMS .LIC license was found in the system. Please update your license file to the new ELMS .XML license format.


원인:

이전 DDOS 버전은 ELMS라는 라이선스 형식을 사용하며 라이선스 파일에는 .lic 확장.
최신 DDOS 버전은 .xml 확장.
컨트롤러 업그레이드를 위해 헤드 스왑을 수행할 때 라이선스가 새 형식으로 강제 적용됩니다.


해결 방법:

  1. 스토리지를 다시 이전 헤드 유닛으로 옮깁니다.
  2. 라이선스를 XML 형식으로 업데이트
  3. 스토리지를 새 헤드 유닛으로 이동
  4. 헤드 스왑을 다시 시도합니다.

고객이 Dell Digital Locker에서 XML 형식을 다운로드할 수 없는 경우 라이선싱 팀은 업데이트된 라이선스 파일을 제공해야 합니다
