Symptoms

Der Kunde hat das CloudLink 7.1.4-Cluster erfolgreich auf 7.1.9 aktualisiert, kann aber nicht auf die Benutzeroberfläche zugreifen.
Beim Upgrade auf CloudLink 7.1.8 tritt dasselbe Problem auf.

Im Browserfenster wird die folgende Meldung angezeigt:

Unable to Connect

An error occurred during a connection to CLServerName


Verbindung kann nicht hergestellt werden

Cause

Dies ist ein bekanntes Problem bei CloudLink-VMs, die auf Azure ausgeführt werden. Der Hostname kann nicht aufgelöst werden.

Resolution

Wenden Sie sich an den Dell Support, um dieses Problem zu beheben. Wir müssen die Hostdatei auf jeder VM ändern, was Engineering-Zugriff erfordert.
