Precision 7875 타워는 PXE 서버로 부팅하지 못할 수 있으며 운영 체제로 계속 부팅될 수 있습니다. 이 문제는 BIOS 설정의 Wake on LAN/WLAN 이 LAN with PXE Boot로 설정되고 Deep Sleep Control 이 비활성화로 설정된 경우에 발생합니다.

Cause

Precision 7875 타워에서 PCIe 엔드포인트 LAN 디바이스 PME(Power Management Event) 상태를 찾을 수 없음 이로 인해 WOL(Wake On LAN) 시 컴퓨터가 PXE로 부팅할 수 없습니다.

Resolution

BIOS에서 다음 설정을 수동으로 변경합니다.

  • Power 메뉴로 이동하여 Deep Sleep Control에서 S4 및 S5에서 활성화 옵션(기본값)을 활성화합니다.
  • Boot Configuration 메뉴로 이동하여 Boot Sequence에서 I226 NIC card for PXE boot를 선택합니다.
