Symptoms

DD OS 업그레이드 후 웹 UI에 액세스할 수 없음 웹 페이지로 이동하려고 시도 중이며 상태 404 Not found를 가져옵니다.

Cause

만료되지 않은 루트 CA는 더 이상 신뢰할 수 없습니다. 이렇게 하면 PowerProtect DDSM(DD System Manager)이 로드되지 않거나 로그인에 성공하지 못합니다. 

이 문제는 다음 DD OS 버전에만 국한되지 않습니다.

  • DD OS 8.4
  • DD OS 8.3
  • DD OS 7.13.1.40

Resolution

"Error connecting to remote host: 로그 항목 간에 상호 신뢰를 다시 설정해야 할 수 있습니다. 다음 문서의 지침에 따라 CA를 다시 생성합니다.

Data Domain: 만료된 https 인증서로 인해 웹 UI에 액세스할 수 없음
