备份软件在 Precision 5820 上检测不到 NVME SSD

在配备 NVMe SSD 的 Precision 5820 计算机上使用预启动驱动器映像工具或 Acro 值等备份软件时，该软件不会检测到 SSD。当 SSD 安装在 PCIe 插槽 1 或 Flex 托架中的 Zoom 扩展卡中时，会出现此问题。
Cause
不支持 Intel 卷管理设备 （VMD） 的备份工具的引导计算机。禁用 VMD 使 SSD 对这些工具可见，只要它们包含本机 NVMe 驱动程序。
Resolution
解决方案 1：
在系统 BIOS 配置中暂时禁用 Intel VMD。禁用 VMD 后，任何支持本机 NVMe 的预启动备份工具都应正确检测 SSD 并按预期工作。
要在之后启动计算机，必须重新启用 VMD。否则，计算机无法正常启动。
解决方案 2：
如果计划提前使用预启动映像软件，并且不需要 VMD 功能（NVMe RAID 等），请在计算机上安装主操作系统之前禁用 Intel VMD。这允许在任何时候使用不支持 VMD 的第三方备份工具，而无需临时更改设置。
